What's in the Box?

Water-flossing action to fight food and plaque Unlike traditional dental floss, the Panasonic Portable Irrigator creates rapid, targeted jets of water to comfortably - and thoroughly - remove harmful food particles, plaque and bacteria from between teeth and gums. What's more, its collapsible design makes it easy to use at home, while traveling or anywhere on the go.
Portable water flosser Both powerful and portable, this compact water flosser can easily be used anywhere - at the office or gym, while traveling or at home. Its discrete, small-footprint design takes up minimal space on vanities, sinktops and counters. It also collapses to fit snugly in bags and luggage. It's the convenient way to maintain good oral health anytime, anywhere.
High-powered pulses for gentle, effective cleansing Operating at 1,600 water pulses per minute, this powerful irrigator penetrates deep between teeth to wash away the tough food particles, plaque and bacteria everyday floss can't always reach. These cleansing pulses also reach just below the gumline to remove trapped food debris, stimulate the gums and increase circulation to keep them strong and resilient.
Dual-speed pulse for enhanced gum health To help maintain healthier gums, pulse rate can easily be set to two different speeds; a high-speed pulse for normal, everyday cleaning, and a gentler, lower-speed pulse for children and those with sensitive gums. Either speed provides safe, thorough cleaning for those with braces, crowns, veneers, bridges and implants.
Easy-fill water reservoir Clean longer between fills with a 5.5 oz. (165ml) reservoir.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Panasonic Great device to use on the go for oral care. Purchased 3 for friends and family January 19, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by Portable water flosser I have never had any complaints about Panasonic products before. Now although I found this water flosser did indeed perform as advertised, after using it for a couple of days, I find much lacking in it. Here are my issues: 1. The reservoir has a very limited capacity. To floss between my teeth, I had to fill it up 4 times. 2. The unit feels cheap. Years ago I had had a waterpik, which seemed much more solid and substantial. 3. As with my old waterpik, I found it messy, and would think that your innovative people at Panasonic could come up with a way to be able to use such a devise without unwanted spraying of water. 4. Though being battery operated can be looked at as giving the devise greater mobility and flexibility, I would actually prefer to have such a unit with a charger plug into the wall, instead of having to worry about replacing batteries. Rated 4 out of 5 by a smart purchase Works quite well. Takes a while to get used to using it. January 12, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Much better than Waterpik I have had two waterpiks and both quit charging in short order...I had to keep it plugged-in for 24 hours to get a charge that last for the next morning. My Panasonic gives smooth, constant action and a full flossing with one fill...and it doesn't have that darn cord to get in the way...easy to change batteries. December 15, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by No. 4 and still going I had the first of these maybe 8 or 10 years ago. Bought another for travel. I found it convenient back then that batteries can be replaced, don't need to carry a charger! I had 2 fail so far, both failing switch little by little. Tried but could not fix, bought another. I tried others, but still think this is the best out there. Perfect for water pressure, small when collapsed, easy to maintain, easy to charge and runs for a 1-2 week trip using it twice a day. Overall really happy. Not sure buying a more expensive rechargeable is the answer, over 5-6 years those would fail too, just cost more. December 12, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awsome, just wish the switch was better designed This is a great product. It's inexpensive, small, and portable (doesn't take up a lot of room on the countertop like normal water picks), yet it gets the job done. The only thing I wish is that the switch was better designed. I like the idea of separating the on/off and the speed/power settings from one switch into two. Better yet, have the on/off operated by a trigger button, meaning you have to keep a finger pressed on it to operate. But the single on/off/speed switch is not a dealbreaker for me. November 17, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by ok but needs improvement Pros: portable, battery operated, adequate pressure, easy to clean, fill, good enough for everyday use. Cons: needs to be more ergonomic, the sliding on/off pressure selector switch needs to be sealed push button, single or dual buttons similar to sonicare or colgate pulsating brushes. No need for low pressure, single speed is enough. The switch is awkward to operate, irrigator needs to be completely sealed and washable. Expensive. Use of Panasonic alkaline batteries. Seriously??? I'll use whatever brand batteries i feel like. Eneloops work just fine. Before i switched to this irrigator i had two corded waterpiks and two rechargeable waterpiks. None worked for me. Waterpiks get moldy, lose pressure. This seems like a better design. October 25, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Ouch! There are two settings on this unit. The lowest setting is really very strong and I had to learn to keep the tip slightly away from my gums to avoid bleeding. But it does an excellent job of removing food residue caught between my teeth and that is what I wanted. September 25, 2015
