What is the recommended number of exercise sessions per day using this core trainer?
Before beginning any exercise program, consult your physician. Each exercise session would be a maximum of 15 minutes. We recommend exercising daily, once in the morning and once in the evening. Over exercise may subject your body to excessive strain.
What is the maximum user weight for this core trainer?
The maximum user weight for this core trainer is 264 lbs. (120 kg).
What is the maximum duration for the pre-set programs on this core trainer?
The pre-set programs can last for a maximum time of 15 minutes with the exception of the 'Easy' program which lasts a maximum of 3 minutes.
What is the advantage of tilting the saddle forward or backward when exercising on this core trainer?
Tilting the saddle forward strengthens your abdomen and thighs. Tilting the saddle backward strengthens your hips and lower back.
What are the stirrups used for?
The stirrups are the rings that are attached to the saddle of the core trainer. You can rest or place your feet inside the rings.
The core trainer is no longer operating after the OFF/ON button is pressed. How can I fix this issue?
Make sure that the power plug is securely inserted in the power outlet. Also, make sure that the child lock function is not engaged. The child lock feature can be unlocked by pressing and holding the child safety lock button on the control panel for about 3 seconds.
Is the speed level on this core trainer adjustable?
Yes, the speed is adjustable in all modes except in 'Easy' mode which has a preset speed level.
How do I lock or unlock the child lock feature?
The child lock feature can be locked or unlocked by pressing and holding the child safety lock button on the core trainer's control panel for about 3 seconds.
How can I set the weight on this core trainer?
Press the OFF/ON button to power the core trainer on. Press and hold the child safety lock button for about 3 seconds to unlock the feature if it is locked. Set your weight by pressing the [+] or [-] buttons on the core trainer's control panel.
How can I register for the warranty of my product?

How can I adjust the speed on this core trainer?
During manual operation and pre-set programs you can press [-] or [+] on the core trainer's control panel to decrease or increase the speed level by one step. Please note, for the 'Easy' mode the speed level is preset and cannot be adjusted.

Yes the core trainer has a child lock feature which locks the control panel, preventing unintentional changes or malfunction which may be caused by children.

Yes. Your weight figure is stored in the core trainer's memory until a new weight figure is set.
Can this core trainer estimate the number of calories burned after each work out?
Yes. This is calculated on the basis of the weight that was set previously and the weight displayed during the current workout session.
"F18" is displayed on the core trainer's LCD display. How can I fix this issue?
This may have been caused by a sudden vibration or power failure. Turn the core trainer off by pressing the OFF/ON switch. Let the power remain off for about 30 minutes then you may power it back on.
