  • What is NFC?
    NFC (Near Field Communication) is a short range wireless RFID technology that uses interacting electromagnetic radio fields instead of the typical direct radio transmissions used by technologies such as Bluetooth.
  • What is LP mode? (SC-NA10/30)
    This mode minimizes power consumption of the battery by lowering the speaker output. To enable LP mode Press & hold [LP] until the LP mode indicator (green) lights up. Press & Hold [LP] for 3 seconds until the LP mode indicator light goes out to turn LP mode off.
  • There is a USB port on theSC-HC39, SC-NA10/30. What is it used for?
    aThe USB port is a DC OUT terminal used for suppying/charging power to a connected device. The port cannot be used for purposes other than supplying/charging power.
  • The remote control for my Panasonic device is no longer functioning. Is there a remote control code available that will enable me to use another manufacturer's remote to operate this device?
    You will have to contact the remote's manufacturer for the codes needed.
  • My volume is low & cannot be adjusted on my SC-NA10/30. How do I correct this?
    Check if the unit is in the LP mode (LP mode indicator light will be green). Press & Hold [LP] for 2 seconds or more will disable LP mode.
  • My audio & video are out of sync on my SC-NA10/30, how can I fix this?
    If the image and sound are out of sync during playback, restart the playback app you are using. If problem persists, connect the source and this unit with an audio cable using the AUX IN.
  • I am not able to charge my USB device when connected to the DC OUT terminal.
    Turn this unit on. When the SCNA10 is turned off, charging is not possible.
  • How far is the Bluetooth range?
    All Bluetooth enabled products have a 30ft (approx.) range.
  • How do I use the AUX input on the SC-HC39 or SC-NA10/30?
    Connect the audio source with a 3.5 mm audio cable into the AUX IN jack. Press [RADIO/AUX] to select "AUX" & start playback on the connected device.
  • How do I replace the batteries in the SC-NA10/30?
    The battery supplied in this product is rechargable, connect to a power source using the supplied USB cable to recharge.
  • How can I reset my SC-NA10, NA30?
    Turn off the unit & remove the AC adapter. Press & hold [O/I] for 10 seconds until Bluetooth indicator (blue) & LP Mode indicator (green) blink twice. All pairing device information will be reset, so you will need to perform the pairing operation again.
  • How can I register for the warranty of my product?
    You may register your products online by clicking here. It is not necessary to submit this form in order to effectuate the limited warranty. As long as there is a copy of the receipt, your product warranty begins from the date of purchase.
  • Can I connect to multiple bluetooth devices simultaneously?
    No, this unit can only be connected to one device at a time. This unit can register up to 8 devices, if a 9th device is paired, the device that has not been used for the longest time will be replaced.
  • Am I able to utilize this product as a bluetooth wireless headset capable of making hands-free calls to another party? (SC-NA10,SC-NA30)
    Yes, if receiving a call on the mobile phone connected to this unit via Bluetooth you can make hands-free call through this unit. Press the [BLUETOOTH] button when this unit rings, talk into the microphone on this unit. To end the call press the [BLUETOOTH] button.
